Cancellation Policy

📘 Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies To ensure consistent, high-quality service for all students, please review the policies below. 📅 Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system or directly with the tutor. Payment is required at the time of booking to hold your session. If you need specific days or times each week, it is recommended to reserve a recurring schedule to ensure availability. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect everyone's time and maintain a consistent learning schedule: 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with proper notice may be: ✔ Rescheduled ✔ Credited to your account ✔ Refunded (if applicable) Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session begin time will be charged the full session rate. No refunds or credits are issued for late cancellations. No-Shows A session is considered a no-show if the student does not join within the first 10 minutes. No-shows are charged at the full rate with no refund. Illness/Emergencies Exceptions may be granted at the tutor’s discretion for emergencies or sudden illness. Please notify the tutor as soon as possible. ⏱ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be added to the end of the session. If more than 10 minutes late without communication, it becomes a no-show. 📌 Waitlist Policy For popular days and times: When a slot is full, families may join the waitlist for their preferred time. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a session. If a spot opens, families will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. Families will have a short window (usually 4–6 hours) to accept the opening before it is offered to the next family. Recurring students receive priority for future openings. 💳 Payment Policy Payment is required at booking to secure a session. Accepted forms of payment include: credit/debit card, digital payments (e.g., PayPal/Zelle/Venmo), or invoiced payment (if applicable). Packages must be paid upfront and used within the specified time frame. 🤝 Communication Expectations To support a smooth scheduling experience: Please check your email regularly for reminders or updates.
